PP2 GRADUATION

La Salle School marked the 6th PP2 graduation ceremony since the school’s inception on Thursday, October 19th, 2023, after learners successfully completed pre-primary 1 and pre-primary 2 levels in the competency-based curriculum.

During the ceremony, learners showcased their creativity and talents through songs, memory verses, and other performances such as taekwondo, ballet, fashion shows, skating, dance and fitness. Our aim is to offer high-quality holistic education to all learners.

Identifying and nurturing learners’ potential is at the heart of our operations. We expose our learners to a comprehensive specialized program where they have the liberty to choose music, techkid, swimming, soccer, taekwondo, art and design, etc., under the guidance of skilled and experienced tutors/coaches. More than 5 learners in PP2 participated actively in swimming galas, while 3 represented the school in the inter-school soccer tournament, and a good number of them reached the county level in the Kenya Music Festivals.

Our teachers are professional and competent to handle your child at all levels of pre-school education. Pre-school teachers organize field trips and educational excursions to complement classroom learning through practical teaching.

The 2023 PP2 class has been taught Christian values such as respect, especially saying sorry when they wrong someone and thank you when offered a gift. This is embodied in our robust spiritual formation program as well as CBC core values, where we instill in the learners Christian principles to guide them in life, such as being honest (integrity) and loving others.

Other competencies the PP2 learners have acquired and can practice are communication and collaboration, self-efficacy (being able to make presentations with confidence), and citizenship. Besides this, they have also honed social skills through interactions with others and caring for the environment.

We wish them all the best as they transition to Grade 1 at the primary level.
